Refund policy
All art print sales are final sale. We do not accept returns. We have a very limited refund policy and only issue refunds for art prints if the print arrives damaged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the refund process if your print arrives damaged, you can contact us at paparede.contact@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a refund within 24 hours. You’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not have an exchange policy.
